Primary responsibilities and tasks for this role:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, long-term financial plans, and analyze financial data for trends and improvements.
• Collect, process, and interpret data while developing dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing.
• Conduct valuation analysis, identify investment opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, provide financial insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and implement enhancements in financial processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support strategic business decisions with actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Projects or initiatives the new hire will be involved in:

• Incharge for preparing the budgets, projections and valuation reports for debt, equity and other derivative products
• Must be able to perform data analyse data and generate meaningful insights
• Create financial models with an eye for detail and align the budgets and other details with the long term plans of the Company.
• Simulation of different plans in the financial model to understand and appreciate the business impact of decisions
• Must be a pro in unit economics and pricing including the ROI computation and related decisions
• Work closely with the department heads and key stakeholders

Qualifications and skills necessary for candidates to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualification (CA/CFA/MBA) is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, valuation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of valuation techniques and financial statement analysis.
